BeMyApp Eligibility Policy

BeMyApp Corporation, with its affiliates and its subsidiaries (collectively, “BeMyApp”, "us", "we", or "our") owns, operates or provides access to several interactive websites, mobile and connected applications, and other online interactive features and Services, including, but not limited to, emails, newsletters, chat areas, forums, communities, sweepstakes and contests, and compensation and prizes (collectively “Services”).

Our Eligibility Policy describes who is and is not eligible to participate or receive a prize or payment in BeMyApp organized and sponsored events ("event", "hackathon", "competition", "contest", or similar).

Participant Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in BeMyApp events that means you are a resident of a country that is not under any trade or economic sanction, or on any program or country list designated by the United States Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, or where the laws of the United States or local law prohibits your participation. Below are a list of countries that are not eligible to participate in BeMyApp organized or sponsored events:

Iraq
Libya
Mali
North Korea
Quebec (Canada)
Russia
Somalia
Sudan
Syria
Regions of Ukraine: Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk
Zimbabwe

This list is constantly changing and may not reflect the current Embargoed and Sanctioned Countries identified by the U.S. Department of Treasury.

Payment Eligibility

BeMyApp can distribute payments to residents of eligible countries. Payment eligibility will be in-accordance with each Event’s respective Official Rules, Terms & Conditions, or Code of Conduct, as well as the rules and regulations enforced by the United States government. The United States Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), a federal enforcement body, manages an ever-changing list of affected jurisdictions with selective or comprehensive restrictions. BeMyApp complies with OFAC regulations and has a robust OFAC compliance program. BeMyApp may not facilitate, direct or indirect, payments or services to:

OFAC sanctioned countries
Specially Designated Nationals
Countries or individuals associated with OFAC programs
Countries or individuals based on licenses or exemptions
Individuals who reside in countries where Bill.com (www.bill.com) cannot support payments or transfers

BeMyApp uses Bill.com to facilitate payments via mail, direct deposit, and international wire transfer. Below is a list of countries that are not supported by Bill.com, therefore are not eligible to be paid by BeMyApp:
